When Jinbeh was in Las Colinas, the team dedicated entire weekends to community events. For years, they participated in festivals, including a cancer charity beer crawl where a team of 20 dressed in themed costumes—superheroes one year, old people another. Jinbeh sponsored by feeding all the volunteers with trays of fried rice in exchange for logo placement on event shirts.
Today, both locations use all staff on weekends. But because of Jinbeh's deep relationships with former employees, the owner can call on five or more people who'd happily come back to help. That's not a staffing strategy—that's family.
