What comes with a hibachi dinner at Jinbeh?

A hibachi dinner at Jinbeh includes onion soup, salad with house ginger dressing, hibachi vegetables (zucchini, onion, mushroom), fried rice, and your choice of protein cooked tableside by the chef. The meal also includes our three signature dipping sauces: mustard sauce, ginger sauce, and yum yum sauce. The chef performs the meal in front of your group on the grill, including the onion volcano. White rice or noodles can be substituted for fried rice on request. Add-on options include additional shrimp, scallops, fried rice, side sushi rolls, soup upgrades, and dessert. The experience runs about 60 to 75 minutes from seating to dessert.

Hibachi dinners are designed to feel abundant, most guests leave full and often with leftovers. The order on the grill is intentional: soup first, then salad, then vegetables, then rice, then proteins, finishing with the protein the table ordered last. This sequencing keeps everything hot and ensures your steak is not waiting under a lamp while your shrimp finishes. The mustard sauce is the most-asked-about element on the menu, it is a Jinbeh recipe with a creamy, slightly sweet, mildly spicy profile that pairs especially well with chicken and steak. Many guests order extra to take home. We are happy to send mustard sauce in to-go containers if you ask your server.
