Jinbeh Japanese Restaurant - Home

Is Jinbeh good for tourists or visitors to DFW?

Yes, Jinbeh is one of the best Japanese dining experiences for visitors to DFW. Family-owned since 1988, we offer something different from the national chains visitors might recognize from home, independent ownership, long-tenured chefs, and recipes refined over more than three decades. The hibachi performance is a great experience for tourists because it does not require deep familiarity with Japanese cuisine; the chef's show makes it accessible and fun. Both locations are convenient to major DFW hotels and attractions: Frisco serves the Stonebriar/Toyota Stadium area, and Lewisville serves the I-35E corridor. For 2026 World Cup visitors, we are well-positioned to host international fans staying in north DFW hotels.

Tourist dining is a different challenge than local dining, visitors want a memorable experience, not just a good meal. Hibachi delivers on that almost universally: the show is photogenic, the food is approachable, and the format works across age groups and cultures. Sushi is widely understood internationally, so even visitors with limited English can order what they want at the sushi bar. Our team is experienced with out-of-town guests and concierge referrals. If you are staying at a hotel near Stonebriar (Frisco) or Vista Ridge (Lewisville), Jinbeh is a short walk or rideshare. We accept all major credit cards, including international cards in most cases. World Cup 2026 visitors are especially welcome, book ahead for match dates.
