Does Jinbeh accept walk-ins?
Yes, Jinbeh welcomes walk-ins at both Frisco and Lewisville locations based on availability. Walk-ins are typically seated quickly for lunch, weeknight dinners (Sunday through Thursday), and the sushi bar. Friday and Saturday nights, holidays, and large groups (6+) are more likely to face waits, reservations are strongly recommended for those times. If you walk in and there is a wait, the host will text you when your table is ready, so you are free to grab a drink at the bar (which itself often has open seats) or wait outside. Hibachi tables are seated communally, your walk-in group may share a grill with another party unless you wait for a full table.
Walk-in volume is highest Friday 6-8pm and Saturday 6-9pm at both locations. If you have flexibility on timing, arriving at 5pm or after 8:30 pm during weekends gives the best chance of immediate seating. Lunch walk-ins are almost always quick. For groups of 6+, calling 30 minutes ahead even without a formal reservation lets us know you are coming and helps with table planning. The sushi bar is the best fallback for walk-ins on busy nights, sushi bar seats turn over faster than hibachi tables and you can get the full menu (including hibachi if you want) at the bar. If a wait is too long, ask the host about your other location's availability that night.
