Does Jinbeh have a kids menu?
Yes, Jinbeh has a kids menu at both Frisco and Lewisville locations. Kids hibachi entrées include scaled-down portions of chicken, shrimp, or steak with fried rice and vegetables, served with the same chef performance as the adult menu. Other kid-friendly options include chicken teriyaki, shrimp tempura, California rolls, fried rice as an entrée, and edamame. Kids meals are priced lower than adult portions. Children love the hibachi experience, the chef's egg toss, knife tricks, and onion volcano are crowd-pleasers across all ages. High chairs and booster seats are available. For kids with picky palates, the chefs can omit vegetables, sauces, or adjust seasoning on request.
Hibachi is one of the most family-friendly dining formats because the entertainment built into the meal keeps kids engaged through dinner. Our chefs are practiced with kids and adjust their show accordingly, bigger fire tricks for older kids, gentler tricks (like the egg toss) for younger ones. For very young kids (under 4) who might be startled by the flames, mention this when you book and we can seat your family at a regular dining table rather than the hibachi grill. The kids menu portions are sized so that most children finish without leftovers, but we are happy to box up anything that comes home. Birthday parties for kids are one of our most common booking types.
