In the meantime, Jinbeh's current menu focuses on hibachi (teppanyaki grilled steak, chicken, shrimp, lobster, scallops, salmon, and vegetable-tofu entrees) and the full sushi bar (specialty rolls, sashimi, nigiri, and Chirashi bowls). Japanese onion soup is included with every hibachi entree, and other warm starter options include gyoza, tempura, and miso-based dishes.
