Is there a dress code at Jinbeh?
Jinbeh has a casual to smart-casual dress code, there is no formal requirement, but guests typically dress neatly. Jeans, slacks, sundresses, and casual dresses are all appropriate. We ask that guests avoid beachwear (swimsuits, no shirts) and heavily soiled athletic wear out of consideration for other diners. For special occasions like anniversaries or business dinners, you will see guests dressed up; for a family weeknight hibachi visit, jeans and a clean t-shirt are perfectly fine. Children are welcome in any age-appropriate attire. Both Frisco and Lewisville locations apply the same standard. When in doubt, smart-casual is always a safe choice.
Jinbeh's dress code is intentionally relaxed because we want to be the kind of restaurant you can fit into a Tuesday night, a soccer-game evening, or a date night without overthinking the outfit. We have served generations of DFW families and the dress code has stayed consistent across that time. If you are coming from work, business attire is welcome and common. If you are coming from a casual day, change clothes if you want but it is not required. Special occasions tend to bring out the dressier outfits, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, anniversaries, birthdays, and you will see the room reflect that. Kids in soccer uniforms or birthday party clothes are always welcome.
