Did the Jinbeh menu change after Frisco closed?
No. Jinbeh Lewisville serves the full Jinbeh menu: hibachi entrées, sushi and sashimi, teriyaki, tempura, appetizers, desserts, and the complete bar program. Recipes, sauces, and standards are the same ones our family has used since 1988.
When our Frisco dining room closed in August 2026, nothing was cut from the menu. Favorites like the Sunrise Roll, filet mignon hibachi, and the combination dinners are all on the Lewisville menu, along with the kids menu, lunch specials, and happy hour pricing. If you had a favorite dish in Frisco, you will find it in Lewisville.
