Yes, Jinbeh has a full sushi program at both Frisco and Lewisville locations, with daily fresh fish, classic nigiri, sashimi, hand rolls, traditional rolls, and specialty rolls developed over decades. Many guests come to Jinbeh just for sushi without ordering hibachi at all. Sit at the sushi bar to watch our sushi chefs work, or order sushi at any dining table. Popular options include salmon nigiri, tuna sashimi, the Jinbeh roll, rainbow roll, dragon roll, and seasonal specials. Sushi is available for lunch, dinner, and takeout (through Grubhub, Uber Eats, or direct call orders). Vegetarian sushi options include cucumber, avocado, and vegetable rolls.
Hibachi restaurants often treat sushi as a side program, but Jinbeh has invested in sushi seriously for 35+ years. Our sushi chefs handle daily fish deliveries and prepare orders to spec, extra wasabi on the side, no avocado, gluten-free soy sauce, etc. The sushi bar is a great seat for solo diners or couples who want a quieter experience than the hibachi tables. Specialty rolls are where we have the most fun: rolls combining classic Japanese technique with Texas-friendly flavors developed over years. Sushi takeout travels well, order through Grubhub or Uber Eats, or call your location directly for pickup. Hibachi is dine-in only, but sushi is fully available to-go.
